The Hymms is a charming character cottage with accommodation set across three floors, located in a quaint rural setting on the edge of the village of Walton. There are six bedrooms across the first and second floors, including three doubles, two twins and a family room with three singles, along with two bathrooms and a ground floor cloak room. The ground floor also includes a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a separate dining room, a sitting room with woodburner and an external games room. Outside, guests will also find a choice of gardens including a front enclosed lawned area, a rear patio and a side wildflower garden. Walking and cycling trails lead from the doorstep of The Hymms, which has been beautifully restored to offer friends and families a comfortable, characterful base in a peaceful setting.

Electric AGA, induction hob, microwave, 3 x fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, surround sound, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 6 cars. Lockable bike storage.
